flour
60 ml oil 120 ml water
For brushing:
Pressed garlic
A little oil and herbs to taste
Preparation
Here’s how to do it, first put the flour in a bowl, add the baking powder, salt, oil and water and knead everything well to make a smooth dough. Pick small pieces and spread them into flatbreads.
Then form a ball from the dough, roll it out and fry on both sides until golden brown.
