Ingredients
- 2 lbs jumbo shrimp peeled, deveined
- DanO’s Cheesoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup white cooking wine
- 1 stick kerry gold garlic herb butter
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions

Get grill or oven preheated to 400 degrees.

Wipe moisture off shrimp with a paper towel and season with cheesing or desired seasoning.

Place evenly in 12″ cast iron skillet.

Drizzle olive oil over the top, then add white cooking wine.

Place pats of butter evenly in pan.

Add grated part to top.

Place in oven or on grill for around 12-15 min until shrimp are opaque.

Notes
These don’t cook quite as fast bc the cast iron is not preheated. Keep an eye on them and they may be ready around 12 min or so.
